Warid subscribers who use balance worth Rs. 10+tax will receive 50 percent discount on calls, SMS and mobile internet valid for all networks. To benefit from this offer customers send "R" in an SMS and send it to 3333.
The telecom operator is also providing its subscriber with value added services such as Namaz Alerts and 786 Islamic Services to assist its subscribers during Ramzan. The Ramadan SMS alerts offer the subscribers will receive timings for Namaz, Sehr and Aftar. Along with this, Warid subscribers will receive highly valuable messages including Ayaat, Ahadees, meaning of names of Allah and names of Prophet (peace be upon him) along with fascinating accounts from history of Islam. To benefit from this offer customers have to send "Namaz" in an SMS to 2020. Warid prepaid customer can enjoy this offer at Rs. 7+tax per week while Warid postpaid customers can enjoy the same at Rs. 28+tax per month.
Through Warid's 786 Islamic Services subscribers will be able to enjoy Dars-e-Islami, recitation, translation and explanation of the Holy Quran, Hamd e Baari Ta'la, Naat-e-Rasool e Maqbool and qawaali on their mobile phones. Customers will be charged Rs.5+tax per 10 minutes for this service.
